Prepared from a Side by separating the dorso- lumbar region (last eight dorsal and six lumbar vertebrae), keeping the Rib Plate and abdominal wall (Flank) attached.

Points requiring specification:

  • Number of ribs.
  • Kidney retained.
  • Diaphragm removed.
  • Fat cover.
